Service Description
Keep your garden looking neat, tidy, and well-maintained all year round without lifting a finger. Our regular monthly or fortnightly service ensures your garden is always presented to a consistent standard, with clean, sharp edges that give your outdoor space a polished, cared-for finish. Growing Months (Mar-Oct). What’s Included: 1. Lawn mowing to a consistent, professional finish 2. Edging along borders, paths, patios, and driveways 3. Collection or mulching of grass clippings (based on lawn condition) 4. Light tidy-up of hard surfaces after each visit (blowing/sweeping loose grass) 5. Visual check of lawn condition and basic upkeep During the non-growing months (November–February), your plan transitions into Seasonal Exterior & Winter Care to keep your property tidy, maintained, and prepared for the changing seasons. Non-Growing Months (Nov - Feb). What's included: 1. November - Final garden tidy, leaf clearance, pathway sweep, outdoor furniture tidy/covering, gutter visual inspection, exterior cobweb removal. 2. December - Entrance tidy, path sweep, bin area clean, exterior spruce-up, optional festive touches (wreath placement/lights assistance if customer provides items). 3. January - Debris clearing, driveway/path sweep, garage/front entrance tidy, winter weather clean-up, exterior maintenance checks. 4. February - Early weed prevention, pruning/tidy-up, garden edging prep, first seasonal reset, outdoor furniture wipe-down.


Cancellation Policy
📅 Rusko Booking Policy At Rusko, we aim to make booking simple, flexible, and reliable. This policy applies to both Home Care Plans and One-Off Services. 🏡 Home Care Plans Services are scheduled on a recurring basis with an agreed day and time window. Exact arrival times may vary. You must ensure safe access to your property. If we cannot gain access, the visit may be treated as missed. Rescheduling: Minimum 48 hours’ notice required. Less than 48 hours’ notice or no access may result in the visit being forfeited. Plans are based on scheduled services, not individual visit usage. Add-on services can be booked anytime, subject to availability. 🧼 One-Off Services Bookings are confirmed once a time slot is agreed and payment/deposit (if required) is received. We provide arrival windows, not exact times. You must ensure access at the agreed time. Failure to do so may be treated as a late cancellation. 🔄 Cancellations Home Care Plans: 48+ hours: Reschedule allowed <48 hours: Visit may be forfeited One-Off Services: 48+ hours: No charge 24–48 hours: Up to 50% charge <24 hours or no access: Up to 100% charge 🌦️ Weather Weather-dependent services (e.g. gardening, windows) may be rescheduled at no cost. ⏱️ Service Scope Services are based on standard property sizes and conditions. If additional time/work is required, we may adjust the scope or agree an additional charge. 💳 Payments Plans are paid monthly in advance.
