1. Overview

This agreement outlines the terms of your Rusko membership, which provides a bundled home services package delivered on a recurring basis.

 

2. Membership Model

Your membership provides:

  • A scheduled programme of services

  • Priority access to bookings

  • Discounted additional services

Membership is a managed service, not a pay-per-hour arrangement.

 

3. Payments

  • Memberships are billed monthly

  • Payments must be made in advance

  • Missed payments may result in suspension

 

4. Minimum Term

Membership subscriptions shall be based on the following:

  • Minimum term: 3 months

  • Post minimum term: rolling monthly

 

5. Fair Usage

Membership includes reasonable use of services.

This means:

  • Services are delivered as part of a structured schedule

  • Excessive or repeated ad-hoc requests may be limited

  • Micro-service tasks are quick, low-complexity only

 

6. Scheduling

  • Services are scheduled by Rusko

  • Dates may vary to optimise local routing

  • Customers cannot demand fixed time slots

 

7. Service Delivery

  • Services are outcome-based

  • Time spent may vary

  • Results depend on property condition

 

8. Pausing / Cancelling

  • 30 days notice recommended

  • No refunds for partially used months

 

9. Access

Failure to provide access may result in:

  • Missed visit charges

  • Delayed services

 

10. Changes to Membership

Rusko may:

  • Adjust services

  • Improve plans

  • Update pricing (with notice)
