  • Services are outcome-based, not time-based

  • Efficiency and consistency are part of the service value

3. Membership Model

Membership plans provide bundled services, convenience, and priority access.

  • Pricing reflects total value, not individual service breakdowns

  • Services are scheduled efficiently across local routes

  • Unused services do not roll over unless stated

  • Membership benefits apply only while active

 

4. Fair Usage Policy

To ensure fair access for all customers:

  • Requests must be reasonable and proportionate

  • Repeated excessive requests may be limited

  • Micro-maintenance tasks are limited to quick, low-complexity tasks

  • We reserve the right to prioritise essential services over discretionary tasks

 

5. Bookings & Scheduling

  • Bookings are subject to availability

  • We optimise schedules based on location and efficiency

  • Dates and times may vary slightly

  • We are not bound to fixed time slots unless agreed

 

6. Access Requirements

  • Safe and clear access must be provided

  • Pets must be secured

  • Access to utilities may be required

  • Missed access may result in full charge

 

7. Cancellations

  • 24+ hours notice: no charge

  • <24 hours: cancellation fee may apply

  • Repeated cancellations may result in service restriction

 

8. Weather & External Factors

  • Outdoor services are weather dependent

  • Services may be delayed or rescheduled

  • We are not liable for delays outside our control

 

9. Satisfaction & Complaints

If you are not satisfied:

  • Notify us within 24 hours

  • We will assess and respond promptly

Resolutions may include:

  • Revisit

  • Partial refund at our discretion

Claims outside 24 hours may not be accepted

 

10. Service Limitations

  • We do not guarantee specific time durations

  • We do not perform specialist or high-risk work

  • Some results may vary due to property condition

 

11. Damage & Liability

We take care in all services, however:

  • Pre-existing damage is not covered

  • Normal wear and tear is excluded

  • Liability is limited to the service value

  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours

 

12. Individual Service Terms

12.1 Cleaning Services

  • Maintenance cleaning standard

  • Deep cleaning requires separate booking

  • Heavy buildup may limit results

12.2 Gardening Services

  • Seasonal growth affects outcomes

  • Weather impacts scheduling

  • Overgrown gardens may require additional work

12.3 Exterior Services

  • Safe access required

  • Weather dependent

  • Results may vary based on condition

12.4 Vehicle Care

  • Pre-existing damage not covered

  • Vehicles must be accessible

  • Some marks may not be removable

12.5 Handyman Services

  • Minor tasks only

  • No structural or specialist work

  • Materials not included unless stated

12.6 Convenience Services

  • Tasks performed with reasonable care

  • Homeowner retains responsibility

  • Not a substitute for professional care services

 

13. Route Optimisation

We group jobs geographically to maintain efficiency. Customers agree that exact times may vary.
